Service Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and empowered Service Supervisor at our residential apartment community in Fort Myers, FL. The supervisor will maintain facility operations, create new efficiencies, and develop standards to enhance resident renewals and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in multifamily Service Supervisor role
• EPA and CPO certifications desired, as well as substantial experience in HVAC, plumbing, pools, carpentry, dry wall, building exteriors and appliances
• Ability to work overtime and on call/non-traditional schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
