Service Supervisor

Continental Properties is seeking a motivated and empowered Service Supervisor to maintain facility operations, create new efficiencies, and develop standards that impact resident renewals and customer satisfaction at the Springs at Lakeville residential apartment community in Lakeville, MN.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in multifamily Service Supervisor role
• EPA and CPO certifications desired
• Ability to work overtime and on call/non-traditional schedule
• Independent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or maneuvering up to 100 pounds, and up to 250 pounds with assistance
