We are looking for a motivated and empowered Service Technician to join our team at our beautiful Springs at Mount Pleasant residential apartment community in Mount Pleasant, WI. You will provide above and beyond customer service and an unmatched level of personal attention to residents, and address our resident's service needs and help maintain facility operations.
Requirements
- Prepare apartment homes for rent by performing various repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry wall, building exteriors, painting, and appliances
- Provide direct support to your Service Supervisor
- Occasional bending, stooping, and stretching, independently lift, carry, push, pull, or maneuver up to 100 pounds, and up to 250 pounds with assistance
