Job Description
Continental Properties is looking for a motivated and empowered Service Technician to join our team of dedicated professionals at our beautiful Springs at Liberty Township residential apartment community in Liberty Township, Ohio. You will provide above and beyond customer service and an unmatched level of personal attention to residents.
Requirements
- Experience in manual labor or related field
- Ability to work overtime and on call/non-traditional schedule including some weekends and holidays
- Occasional bending, stooping, and stretching
- Independently lift, carry, push, pull, or maneuver up to 100 pounds, and up to 250 pounds with assistance
