Cleared American Guard Team Lead ( CAGTL)

The Cleared American Guard Team Lead (CAGTL) is responsible for receiving and implementing orders and special instructions from the SSM or Regional Security Officer concerning matters which affect the security operations of the site. The Team Leader shall possess the requisite skills to take care of the team's administrative work at site while still participating as a working member of the team.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizen
• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age
• Have and maintain a Top-Secret U.S. Government Security Clearance
• Must have four (4) active years on the program
• Must have been on Two (2) construction projects within the past 4 years
• In good physical health and meet medical requirements for the position
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Preferably three (3) years of military experience as a Military Policeman or Marine Security Guard or three (3) years of experience as a security watch stander
• Experienced in the use of alarm systems, metal detectors, x-ray device, and closed-circuit television systems
• Capable of reading and speaking English, and be able to write legible, concise reports in English
