Freelance Information Security Program Manager position available at South Holland Province. Must have relevant education and experience in information security, governance, and public administration.
Requirements
- Available from June 15, 2026 to June 14, 2027 for 32 hours per week on average
- Flexible working hours
- Minimum relevant education at a WO level
- At least 3 of the following certifications/trainings: CISM, CISA, Lead Auditor ISO27001, CISSP
- At least 5 years of verifiable work experience with programs and projects related to information security, governance
- Proficiency in the Dutch language at a minimum C1 level
- Willingness to provide a VOG within 4 weeks of award
