Job description
We are hiring a Senior Software Developer (Support) to expand our technical support capacity as the platform scales. This is a senior, hands-on role focused on complex troubleshooting, data integrity, API-based integrations, and close collaboration with Product, Development, and QA teams.
Own and resolve complex, data-centric and integration-related technical issues, investigate discrepancies across UI, reports, APIs, workflows, and database layers, and troubleshoot API-related issues including payload validation, data mapping, and system interactions.
The successful hire will work from the Contour Software Lahore office as part of the resource-center team that is an extension of the division-based R&D department. The role requires strong SQL expertise, sound judgment, and deep ERP domain knowledge.
