(Associate) Consultant, Resilience Consulting

As a Germany based (Associate) Consultant, you will be in a client focused delivery role, supporting clients and other team members to deliver resilience, crisis and physical security risk consulting services.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and German. Italian, Dutch or another European language is ideal
• Higher education degree focused on crisis management, security, or similar field
• Experience delivering services to clients in the fields of crisis management, risk consulting, or security consulting
• Experience conducting trainings and workshops
• Proven ability of working as part of team, supporting professional delivery with a focus on quality
• Creative and analytical problem-solving skills
• Proven team player with independent capacity
• Proven ability to multi-task and balance competing requirements
