The Research Manager is responsible for ensuring the quality of VANTAGE work and managing a team of researchers. S/he will engage with Clients throughout the project cycle and support the Associate Director in training and managing internal and external resources.
Requirements
- Education to degree level (minimum of a bachelor’s or equivalent experience)
- Full fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish languages
- Experience in writing, researching and reviewing/editing due diligence reports
- Experience in coaching and supervising team members
- Experience in managing projects, especially where the project team is spread across several locations
- Strong knowledge of research techniques, databases, networks, online registers and archives and other OSINT research tools
- Proven ability to meet project deadlines
