Job Description
WIN7257 - Process Operations Team Leader responsible for leading a team in a manufacturing environment. Key responsibilities include identifying inefficiencies, implementing improvements, and managing resources to achieve optimal flow and efficiency.
Requirements
- Two year college degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 4 years work experience
- Ability to effectively utilize software programs, such as MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a group of associates in meetings to help facilitate continuous process improvement
- Ability to effectively give direction to associates, maintenance technicians, process technicians, and process engineers when leading semi-complex to complex projects
