Job Description
The Chargeback Analyst position provides support to the organization by analyzing distributor data, investigating chargeback differences, and determining resolutions. The role will collaborate with distributors and internal departments to minimize financial deductions and ensure correct contract pricing alignment.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Analytics, Chargebacks, Membership Support or Contract Administration
- Experience within the medical device or pharmaceutical industries (preferred)
- Advanced English Proficiency is required
- Excel and Access skills required
- Knowledge of SAP and Vistex (preferred)
- B.S. degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Business, or related field
