Data Management Analyst

The Data Management Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of sales data. This position is responsible for identifying and resolving data discrepancies, maintaining data integrity, and transforming third‐party sales data into meaningful internal insights.

Requirements

• Process and validate sales data to ensure timely and accurate availability for business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams—including SFE and Chargebacks—to resolve data issues and confirm data accuracy.
• Manage communication with third‐party distributors to ensure timely delivery of sales data.
• Monitor data processing progress throughout the month and communicate outstanding or missing data to leadership.
• Develop and maintain SOPs and documentation supporting core processes.
• Support ad‐hoc analyses and projects as assigned.
