Medical Scientific Liaison

The Medical Scientific Liaison is a key position within Convatec's Medical Affairs function, supporting the nitric oxide next-generation antimicrobial platform (CNAP) business. The role involves leading national educational initiatives, partnering with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders, and providing scientific and medical expertise to support product evaluations and adoption.

Requirements

• PhD, MSc or similar higher degree in the biological or biomedical sciences
• 5+ years in a medical scientific liaison or scientific/medical education role in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry
• Track record in presenting complex scientific/clinical data to KOLs/HCPs
• Solid grasp of statistics and scientific and clinical data interpretation
• Scientific and/or clinical credibility demonstrated by presentation and/or publication record
• Strong understanding of the medical device landscape
• Adaptability to rapidly master new clinical areas through training
• Experience in wound care, infection management, or a related therapeutic area
