We're looking for a Technology/Process Engineer to join our team at Convatec in Michalovce, Slovakia. The ideal candidate will have a technical academic background and experience in process improvement and project management. As a Technology/Process Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting and collaborating with relevant departments to ensure the implementation of projects, conducting process investigations, and leading process modifications and improvements. You will also have the opportunity to work on various technical modifications, contribute to performance diagnostics, and oversee machine monitoring and process documentation.
Requirements
- Supporting & collaborating with all the relevant departments to ensure implementation of the selected projects to production center
- Conducting a process investigation and problem-solving activities to recognize the inputs and outputs to the process by using a structured approach and systematic tools
- Leading a various process modification and improvements
- Suggesting/supporting, designing and implementing a various technical modifications related to processes
- Contributing to performance diagnostics and data gathering, analysis within the team
- Machine monitoring – outputs, main constrains & breakdowns, waste – analyzing & summary
- Providing regular updates to relevant manager
- Check and overlook that processes are maintained following the objectives of the quality system and in compliance with our quality policy
- Handling Change Requests in controlled way always in compliance with Document Control, Education and Traceability requirements
