Freight Coordinator

Convelio is a licensed freight forwarding startup that specializes in the global shipping of high-end goods, including paintings, sculptures, and other valuable or bulky merchandise. As a Freight Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing the logistics of complex shipments, working with a variety of freight methods, and providing customer service support to individuals importing shipments overseas.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience handling courier (DHL/Fedex or similar) shipments and air cargo shipments (booking with the airline)
• Fluent in English and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in a shifting environment and prioritizing tasks autonomously
• Great attention to detail and ability to complete documentation accurately
• Experience in art shipping and/or within the startup ecosystem is a plus
• Excellent learner with a desire to adapt to new concepts and technologies
