Convene Hospitality Group is seeking a Hospitality Coordinator to join its Operations team in Boston. The role is responsible for delivering exceptional experiences, coordinating across departments, and ensuring seamless operations. The Hospitality Coordinator will welcome and check in guests, manage lobby flow, and coordinate events, meetings, and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality
• Strong communication skills and a service-first mindset
• Highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable multitasking
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required
