Job Description
The External Relations Marketing Assistant manages donor data and communications, leveraging Salesforce to generate reports and execute targeted email campaigns.
Requirements
- Pulls requested reports for email campaigns as needed and loads campaigns and email templates.
- Prepares and sends mass emails to donors and/or prospects.
- Prepares portfolio reports as requested by development officers.
- Unsubscribes contacts who wish to be removed from the email or mailing list.
- Reviews list of bounced or undelivered emails and researches correct replacement emails.
