Business Development Manager

Convera is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales of complex products, hedging solutions, and FX within our Singapore office, supporting sales across APAC. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a pipeline of Corporate clients and achieving new business revenue by addressing their international payments and hedging needs.

Requirements

• 2-5+ years financial services sector experience in FX or payments
• B2B sales experience
• Experience in consultative selling, corporate negotiations, and customer acquisition
• Strong understanding of bulk payment processing, international payments, accounting systems, and platform integration
• Financially astute and proven ability to achieve or exceed KPIs and revenue targets
• Ability to work both independently and within a fast-paced team environment
• Fluent in English (oral and written)
• Foreign Exchange (FX) knowledge preferred, especially with payments, risk management, and/or hedging solutions
