Job Description
This role supports Convergent's capital raising efforts and financial operations, including HoldCo/Mezzanine financing, non-recourse project financing, tax equity, and valuation analysis for our rapidly growing portfolio of assets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, computer science, or other engineering disciplines
- 4-6 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven team player with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prepare and present financing marketing materials
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Highly proficient in Excel
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to build and maintain complex financial models
- Ability to align with Convergent’s mission and values
