Job Description
This role has a hybrid work arrangement (2-3 days a week in our NYC office) and supports Convergent’s capital raising efforts and financial operations. The Manager will support capital raising activities, financial analysis and valuation, and collaboration and support across teams and with external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree finance, economics, accounting, mathematics, computer science and other engineering disciplines
- 4-6 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to concisely present information to senior management and third parties
- Ability to build and maintain complex financial models
- Highly proficient in Excel
- Excellent analytical skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment being able to handle multiple high-pressure, time-sensitive deadlines typical of a transaction-based environment
