Job Description
Project Manager II, Land Development role at Convergent Energy and Power, a company that develops energy storage and distributed generation technologies, seeks a candidate to lead site due diligence, permitting, and community relations for standalone storage and solar-plus-storage projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental science, geosciences, or other relevant field
- Minimum 6 years of related experience in commercial land development, engineering, construction, or related field
- Proven project management skills, including cross-functional team management, due diligence, entitlements, budgeting, and scheduling
- Intermediate knowledge of land use planning, zoning, and permitting processes
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to review and interpret technical reports
- Proficiency in managing project timelines and deliverables
- Experience working with teams across departments, including engineering, legal, and finance
- Ability to coordinate with senior leadership and project management staff
- Familiarity with managing relationships with permitting agencies, local governments, and community stakeholders
