Founding Growth

We're hiring a Founding Growth member to help scale Conversion's go-to-market from the ground up, owning and building out our demand generation motion and defining our growth playbook, channel strategy, and campaign execution.

Requirements

• Experience working at an early-stage startup
• Experience hosting events and dinners for high-end executives and stakeholders
• Comfortable running campaigns end-to-end, from ideation through execution
• Excited to experiment across channels and build pipeline from scratch
• Collaborating with sales, product, and design teams to drive results
