Job Description
Reporting to the Executive Chef and Sous Chef, the Line Cook is responsible for leading employees in food preparation and distribution. This is a safety sensitive position.
Requirements
- Assists Chef and Sous Chef with culinary instructions
- Prepares and cooks foods of all types
- Determines how food should be presented
- Operates food station
- Requisitions food supplies and equipment
- Cleans and inspects kitchen equipment and areas
- Regular and reliable attendance is required
