Senior Product Manager (Agentic AI)

CONXAI has built a no-code, agentic AI platform for the AEC and physical industries. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to manage the product's ongoing evolution across three pillars - user adoption, platform reliability, and recurring revenue.

Requirements

• 5+ years in PM roles, with a heavy emphasis on Product Ops or Analytics.
• Data Mastery: Expert-level ability to extract, visualize, and interpret complex datasets to drive decision-making without a middleman
• Systems Thinker: You see the product as an interconnected engine and enjoy solving hard, unstructured problems
• Technical Edge: Ability to understand AI/ML performance metrics and their impact on B2B enterprise workflows
• Founder Mindset: You take extreme ownership of product health and are obsessed with delivering real, quantifiable value
