Job Description
Provides intake assessments, family therapy, crisis intervention, and telephone triage for psychiatric inpatients, PHP, ER, and discharged patients. Manages patients mental health benefits and case management services.
Requirements
- Master's level in Social Work or related field
- Experience in family therapy
- Hospital experience preferred
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Child growth and development education required
- Certified in CPR Heartsaver
- Certified in CPI Non-Violent Crisis Intervention
- Certified as a QMHP (Qualified Mental Health Professional)
- Licensed by State of Texas: LMSW, LCSW or LPC
