Sr. Process Improvement Specialist

The Sr. Specialist works collaboratively with teams and department leaders to implement process improvement initiatives and programs, leading departmental and cross-functional teams, and assisting with the coaching and mentoring of Green Belts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Nursing, or other clinical discipline.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in Process Improvement using Lean and Six Sigma;
• Certification/Licensure: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification is required.
• Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Experienced and passionate process improvement leader and educator (formal or informal), with proven problem-solving experience.
