Operations Manager

CookUnity is looking for an Operations Manager II to run the daily operations of their New York market, drive improvement measures, and operational strategy. The successful candidate will provide a best-in-class experience to eaters and chefs, and help to elevate the standard, streamline processes, and provide efficient guidelines to various departments.

Requirements

• Bilingual (English & Spanish Fluency)
• Experience in cold storage (preferred), operations, logistics, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field preferred.
