As an Operations Manager II, you'll be responsible for running daily operations, driving improvement measures, and operational strategy in the New York market. You'll ensure customer satisfaction and profitability, identifying opportunities for growth and scalability.

Requirements

• Bilingual (English & Spanish Fluency)
• Experience in cold storage, operations, logistics, or a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
