Job Description
CookUnity is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Personalization to lead the product vision, strategy, and execution of their next-gen personalization systems. The role will own the personalization engine across the entire eater journey and work cross-functionally with ML, engineering, data science, design, and culinary teams to build a highly adaptive, chef-driven food experience.
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience
- At least 4+ years working on personalization, search, recommendations, ML/AI products, or similar domains
- Strong analytical and technical intuition
- Proven ability to drive complex products from concept to launch in fast-paced environments
- Experience with A/B testing platforms, online metrics, offline model evaluation, and data-driven decision making
- Strong user experience instincts
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
