Senior Corporate Paralegal

Cooley is seeking a Senior Corporate Paralegal to provide legal support with general corporate maintenance and complex transactions for clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years of transactional experience in Private Equity, Capital Markets, and M&A matters
• Available to work overtime, as required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and track extensive details
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with personnel and to handle confidential information sensitively and discreetly
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, advanced knowledge of Excel preferred
