Field Service Coordinator

We are looking for customer-oriented, motivated individuals to join our professional team at Cooper Equipment Rentals. As a Field Service Coordinator, you will dispatch technicians, communicate with customers, and manage equipment maintenance.

Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude and technical knowledge of construction equipment
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in a parts and service role or mechanical role, preferably in the rental industry or a similar field
• Proficient in electronic data systems
• Flexibility; must be comfortable with managing and adapting to multiple changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
• Confident communicator with a proactive customer first approach
• Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management skills
