Job Description
We are looking for a Heavy Equipment Technician Shop Lead to join our professional team. The successful candidate will have 6+ years of hands-on mechanical experience, a Heavy Equipment Technician License, and leadership or mentorship experience. They will diagnose, repair, and maintain construction equipment, provide technical guidance, and ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on mechanical experience
- Heavy Equipment Technician License (421A or 310T) or equivalent work experience
- Previous leadership or mentorship experience
- Deep understanding of computer applications and diagnostic tools
- Valid Class G driver’s license with clean or satisfactory driver’s abstract
