Job Description

Requirements
- Extensive experience in structural fitting and welding, with a focus on aluminum
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in welding aluminum and steel
- Valid Class G driver's license
- Certifications in SMAW, GMAW, and/or FCAW are highly desirable
- CWB certification for all positions and/or welding supervisor is a strong asset
- Experience with rigging is an asset
- Strong customer orientation, a willingness to learn, and excellent problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders
