Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join our dynamic award-winning team. The Senior Planner will play a key role in CMR’s future, providing a full planning service for all assigned projects. Responsibilities include schedule development, maintenance, monitoring, and recovery plan development activities.
Requirements
- Degree/Post-Grad level education in construction or business-related field.
- Experience as a planner on projects over £5m, with proficiency in Primavera (P6) and MS Excel.
- Experience in planning infrastructure projects, performing quantity takeoffs, and statistical analysis.
- Understanding of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction processes, and NEC contracts.
- Strong communication skills, personal resilience, and ability to operate within ambiguity.
