Job Description
Ensure the achievement of the unit's safety, production, quality, and continuous improvement goals through adequate planning, organization, coordination and control of its human and technical resources and materials. Responsible for all parts being built to the manufacturing plan and customer specifications, and for ensuring employees are trained to safely perform their jobs.
Requirements
- Four year degree or two year degree in pursuit of a four year degree
- Two to four years in supervision and / or more than 3 years practical experience in supervision / management
- Ability to identify and resolve day to day technical and operational problems
- Analytical skills to gather and interpret production information
- Computer competency required, spreadsheet, charting, and word documentation
- Willingness and ability to travel, as necessary
