Job Description
The leader of the operations team is responsible for plant manufacturing including safety, quality, operating costs, staffing, direct and indirect efficiency, scheduling, and quality systems including IATF16949 and ISO14001.
Requirements
- Four year degree in a related field, Business, Quality, Engineering, Etc., or equivalent experience
- Minimum five to eight years of supervision or management experience
- Excellent communication, ability to give clear verbal and written direction
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills to interpret production information
- Willingness and ability to travel, as necessary
