Requirements

• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably in a medical device industry
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and practices
• Ability to analyze and interpret data to drive process improvements
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
