Operations Training Coordinator responsible for developing, coordinating, delivering, and maintaining training programs for Operations teams. Ensures all employees receive proper job-specific training, certifications, and competency assessments to operate safely and effectively.

Requirements

• Develop, update, and maintain training materials and SOPs
• Conduct hands-on training sessions and demonstrations
• Maintain accurate training records and electronic learning system entries
• Partner with Production Supervisors to assess skills and identify training gaps
