Copa Airlines offers scholarships for the formation of aeronautical maintenance technicians through the Despega Foundation. The graduate technician will be trained and authorized to perform maintenance, repairs, and inspections.

Requirements

• 18 years old or older
• Secondary education degree recognized by the Ministry of Education
• Technical, manual, numerical, spatial, mechanical, and reasoning skills
• Meet the necessary physical conditions to develop maintenance functions
• Availability to dedicate to the program full-time
