Passenger Service Agents are responsible for delivering and ensuring excellence in service to passengers through actions that ensure customer satisfaction at every touchpoint to achieve key performance indicators and quality service standards.
Requirements
- Responsible for attending and guiding passengers at every touchpoint (check-in counter and boarding gates) to provide an excellent service experience and ensure a safe and quality operation.
- Responsible for supporting airport leaders in cases of delayed flights, overbookings, cancellations, and irregular operations, in order to support passenger attention.
- High school diploma or currently pursuing university studies
- Customer service experience (desirable)
