Job Description
The Aviation Mechanics Referral Program at Copa Airlines aims to receive potential candidates who meet the profile, requirements, and experience. Eligible employees can refer external candidates who meet the profile, and a $250.00 Pluxee incentive will be awarded to the referring employee after 6 months.
Requirements
- Valid Technical License in Aeronautical Maintenance (TMA) in engines and fuselage
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in aircraft maintenance
- Desirable experience in Boeing fleet
- Availability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Interest and availability to reside in Panama City
