Development Manager

The Development Manager role is responsible for supporting the management of projects during the Pre-Development and Development phases, including market studies, due diligence, and deal feasibility analysis. The position will also oversee the management of contractors, architects, engineers, and legal teams to ensure the timely and budget-friendly delivery of projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Architecture, Urban Design, Planning, or related area
• Master's degree preferable
• At least 5-7 years of work experience in commercial real estate development and finance
• Construction management experience is also a requirement
