Job Description
The Lecturer position will support the Director of Workforce Operations in delivering curriculum materials related to healthcare competencies, professional development, and education for the Health Scholars programs. This involves curriculum review, content development, delivery of content via synchronous modalities, and Q&A sessions with program participants. The role requires students to demonstrate competency in key areas like stroke treatment, vital signs assessment, and a range of medical topics.
Requirements
- Health Scholars program alumni
- Currently enrolled in an accredited medical school
- Successfully completed at least one year of intensive instruction
- Passion for student teaching and mentoring
- Collaboration and effective communication skills
