Experienced Manufacturing Engineer

Role Overview

Support and improve manufacturing operations through process optimization, tooling design, equipment implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Work closely with operations, maintenance, quality, and engineering teams to improve safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance across the plant.

What You Will Do

Troubleshoot process, equipment, and tooling issues, lead continuous improvement initiatives, design and implement tooling and process improvements, create and modify manufacturing drawings and layouts, and analyze production data to identify trends and drive corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
• Strong experience with CAD software such as NX, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar platforms
• Experience with tooling and fixture design, machine implementation, and process improvement
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and manufacturing data analysis
