Job Description
Coho Integrated Solutions is seeking a talented Program Manager for the overall execution, staffing, and performance management of Medical Support Assistant (MSA) services supporting the NIH Clinical Center, in Bethesda, MD.
Requirements
- Manage day-to-day program operations and on-site personnel
- Ensure full staffing coverage and continuity of services
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate staff performance
- Coordinate hiring activities and support candidate selection
- Serve as primary point of contact with Government leadership (COR)
- Monitor service quality, resolve issues, and ensure compliance
- Promote exceptional customer service in a healthcare environment
