Job Description
Coho Integrated Solutions is seeking a Quality Manager to oversee quality assurance activities across assigned task areas at USCIS facilities. This role leads quality auditors and trainers, ensuring compliance with Government regulations and internal procedures.
Requirements
- Manage and oversee all quality control activities
- Lead and supervise quality auditors and training personnel
- Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with Government requirements
- Develop, implement, and monitor internal quality procedures
- Coordinate corrective and preventive actions
- Support operational teams with quality improvement initiatives
- Prepare quality reports and briefings for management
