Job Description
Under supervision, keeps assigned building area clean, sanitary, safe, and orderly; secures rooms and cleaning stations; does special cleaning. Will perform maintenance and painting duties. Will also assist with maintenance duties at the other 4 campuses on occasion.
Requirements
- Six (6) months of experience demonstrating reliability, responsibility and good work habits.
- Knowledge of: Reading, writing and basic arithmetic sufficient to perform job duties successfully; and cleaning materials, methods and equipment.
- Skill at: Understanding and carrying out oral and written instructions; learning supplies, equipment and prescribed methods of cleaning; performing strenuous physical work; working effectively under time limitations and without immediate supervision; climbing and working from ladders; making simple arithmetic calculations; and developing working relationships with those contacted in course or work.
