PROJECT ACCOUNTANT

We are looking for a Project Accountant to join our team in Phoenix, AZ, to facilitate seamless financial operations, maintain accurate project records, and address/escalate any financial issues or discrepancies to Project Accounting Managers.

Requirements

• Set up and maintain project in ERP system
• Review and process project for accuracy and compliance with company standards
• Conduct monthly Work-In-Process (WIP) reviews
• Manage subcontractor documentation and change orders
• Process project accounts payable
• Manage subcontractor compliance
• Research and resolve issues related to subcontractor billing
