PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT

We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead commercial, industrial, mission-critical, semiconductor, and data center facilities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about excellence and driven by the desire to make a significant impact. The Project Superintendent will ensure corporate safety and quality plans are implemented throughout the project's duration.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of all aspects of construction and industry practices, processes, standards, and their impact on project activities.
• Ability to multi-task, collaborate with others, set priorities, and take initiative.
• Demonstrated success supporting a team through complex project execution.
• Experience leading project teams and holding them accountable to project goals.
• Excellent organizational, verbal, written, presentation skills are a must.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• OSHA-30 card is required for this role. Training can be provided upon hire.
