Job Description
Cordial is looking for a Solutions Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON data structure, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and PHP. They will be responsible for guiding clients through a successful implementation of the Cordial platform, providing solutions for complex and unique use cases, and collaborating with internal teams to improve client adoption.
Requirements
- BS in Computer Science or a closely related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in professional services
- Track record of driving meaningful, successful implementations and managing client projects
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON data structure, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, and PHP
- Ability to handle difficult or unexpected technical issues and/or complex business challenges
- Experience in enterprise marketing automation, email marketing and/or digital marketing industries (bonus points)
