Swim Instructor

The Clubs of Cordillera Ranch is seeking a part-time swim instructor to enhance the member experience, positively contribute to the culture, and amplify a fun environment for our members and staff.

Requirements

• Follows designed swimming lesson curriculum
• Creates goals for individual's progression
• Lead and motivate participants
• Ability to effectively communicate with members and staff
• Evaluate participant performance and progress
• Educating swimmers on water safety and life-saving principles
• Teaching current and industry leading strokes and techniques
• Ensure the pool or training area is neat and free of hazards
• Respond to emergencies in pool or poolside in tandem with the facility safety team
